Natalie Price 鈥�25: Reaching for the Stars
At Whitman College, Natalie Price ’25 found the freedom to explore a whole universe of varied interests—performing in shows with the Dance program, hosting her own radio show, editing a beloved campus literary magazine, and exploring the outdoors with the Outdoor Program—all while pursuing her love of astronomy and building a set of skills and experiences that prepared her to take the next steps in her education.
Today, she’s a graduate student pursuing a master’s in Astronomy at Wesleyan University, where she’s passionate about the intersection between communication and science.
鈥�Whitman taught me how to think on my feet and collaborate with others. It gave me the opportunity to explore many new experiences and career paths, something that would have been difficult to do at a larger state school.
